[Remote] Recruiter - Fixtures & Merchandising
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrandPoint Services is a company specializing in retail fixture installations and merchandising programs. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter for their Fixtures & Merchandising Division to support nationwide hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands
Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Recruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or related industries
- Experience recruiting for nationwide field teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
