[Remote] Regional Director_Franchise Operations

The Franchise Regional Director provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations within an assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve performance and service excellence
- Build a culture of engagement, collaboration, and accountability
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (UOP, DSO, revenue growth, retention)
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance insights to senior leadership
- Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and licensing standards
- Partner with HR to maintain compliance with employment and workplace regulations
- Promote ethical practices, client safety, and quality assurance
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular SWOT analyses to anticipate business challenges and drive solutions
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company objectives and EBITDA targets
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned locations
- Evaluate financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Implement strategies to reduce overtime, optimize staff utilization, and lower turnover
Skills
- 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management
