[Remote] Research and Writing Litigation Attorney (100% Remote Contract Position)

They are seeking a California licensed attorney with civil litigation experience to handle research and writing for litigation cases on a flexible schedule, either part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- Drafting demurrers, injunctions and/or summary judgment motions
Skills
- 5+ years of legal experience in litigation
- Strong writing and motion practice skills
- Experience handling research and motions related to cases venued in federal and California state court
- Licensed in California
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
