[Remote] SAP Vistex Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lupus Consulting is seeking an SAP Vistex Consultant to support an international client in the consumer goods industry. The role involves providing functional support for SAP Vistex solutions and collaborating with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP Vistex solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Support change requests and system enhancements
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams
- Participate in testing activities and support system releases
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation
Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex
- Experience in application support and maintenance
- Good understanding of SAP SD integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience in the consumer goods industry
