They are searching for multiple Senior AI Engineers to lead the evolution of their decision intelligence systems, applying advanced AI techniques to turn unstructured datasets into high-utility intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of decision intelligence systems
- Apply advanced LLMs, vector retrieval, and AWS-native AI tools
- Turn massive and unstructured datasets into reliable, repeatable, high-utility intelligence
- Work closely with product teams to understand real customer use cases
- Normalize and unify data from multiple sources
- Design decision-support engines that eliminate hallucinations, maintain cost efficiency, and power operational transformation
- Focus on RAG, DMS systems, continuous learning, agentic development, knowledge graphs, and agentic validation/evaluations
Skills
- Experience developing an AI product at a similar or larger scale
- Experience applying advanced LLMs, vector retrieval, and AWS-native AI tools
- Ability to turn massive and unstructured datasets into reliable, repeatable, high-utility intelligence
- Experience working closely with product teams to understand real customer use cases
- Ability to normalize and unify data from multiple sources
- Experience designing decision-support engines that eliminate hallucinations
- Experience maintaining cost efficiency in AI systems
- Experience powering operational transformation
- Experience shipping AI-driven features in large-scale SaaS environments or Big Tech
