Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize healthcare and insurance-related content
- Manage and publish content using Contentful CMS
- Improve content discoverability and search experience using Algolia Search
- Ensure content accuracy, compliance, SEO effectiveness, and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and UX
Skills
- 10+ years of content writing experience, preferably in Healthcare or Health Insurance
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance plans, coverage options, and policies
- Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS and Algolia Search
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and SEO tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare and insurance concepts for a general audience
- Experience creating content for websites, knowledge bases, and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with digital marketing and social media content
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Understanding of content taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization
