[Remote] Senior Data Scientist

Prologue is a rapidly growing AI-powered SaaS platform serving mission-driven organizations, and they are seeking a Senior Data Scientist. The role involves owning the development, optimization, and deployment of predictive models that directly impact customer outcomes while collaborating with various teams to solve complex data challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and improve machine learning and predictive modeling solutions
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Design experiments, validate model performance, and continuously improve predictive accuracy
- Partner with Engineering teams to operationalize models and support production deployments
- Investigate data quality issues and identify opportunities to improve model outcomes
- Contribute to AI and LLM-driven initiatives across the platform
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help establish best practices for data science, experimentation, and model governance
Skills
- 4+ years of applied Data Science or Machine Learning experience
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
- Demonstrated experience deploying models into production environments
- Strong statistical foundation including experimentation, model evaluation, and predictive analytics
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and solving complex business problems
- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, or hybrid AI/ML solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
