[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst – DPS will manage operational bookings and revenue forecasting, bringing analytical rigor and business acumen to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own DPS bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization modeling on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Maintain and continuously enhance financial models to support monthly forecasting cycles and the annual plan process, including monthly submissions in Workday Adaptive
• Conduct weekly sessions with Delivery leaders to identify and escalate revenue risks and opportunities, and surface operational enhancements
• Develop and maintain DPS-specific reporting packages (PowerBI)
• Support cross-functional partnerships with Services Sales teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience, preferably within a cloud-based software or professional services organization
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel required)
• Fluency in ASC 606 Revenue Recognition Standard
• High degree of ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity
• MBA a plus
• Workday Adaptive or similar FP&A tools preferred
• Snowflake/SQL experience preferred, not required
