- Support the development of internal Incident Management Tools used by Central Technical Operations Services (C-TOS)
- Building high-impact features that reduce operational toil, improve incident response efficiency, and increase team capacity
- End-to-end ownership across design, development, testing, and delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment
