[Remote] Senior IT Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coretek is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sr. Project Manager to support clients across multiple verticals. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while supporting Coretek's AI & Data consulting team.
Responsibilities
- Own Successful Project Delivery of Assigned Projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for both customer/external and Coretek resources
- Hold customer, external, and Coretek resources accountable to their projects commitments and escalate to Customer and Coretek management as needed when project success is at risk
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phase
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide the appropriate level of Executive and Project Team level Status Reporting
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years' experience in Project Management
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Developing and Tracking Project Financials
- Demonstrate use of AI technology to provide efficiency in project management
- Process Improvement
- Performance Management
- Experience managing projects via Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing projects that leverage AI platforms to implement solutions
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended
- Scrum Master (CSM) certified is a plus
- Microsoft AI900/901 certification is a plus
- Experience managing Infrastructure Projects, especially Azure is a plus
