[Remote] Senior IT Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brooksource is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced Marketing Technology organization. This role involves driving technology projects that enable marketing teams to deliver digital experiences and managing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Marketing Technology initiatives
- Manage projects focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, timelines, and overall program roadmaps
- Own project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks before they impact delivery
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and communication
- Facilitate Agile project execution while adapting delivery methodologies as needed
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications
- Take ownership of multiple workstreams while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience delivering projects within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem
- Experience managing CMS implementations
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Strong understanding of software development projects and cross-functional technology teams
- Experience creating and managing project plans, Gantt charts, and master program timelines
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions
- Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and drive projects forward with minimal direction
- Self-starter who demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of project outcomes
- Agile project delivery experience (Scrum Master certification is not required)
