Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to ensure full compliance with both local and international laws
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential to business operations
- Support our business units by mitigating risks and advising on regulatory and compliance matters
- Handle legal disputes, safeguarding the company’s interests in various scenarios
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives
- Keep abreast of legal developments to maintain compliance and stay ahead in the industry
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of local and international legal frameworks relevant to our industry
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
