[Remote] Senior Managing Consultant – Project Management – Healthcare

The Senior Managing Consultant leads complex healthcare transformation engagements, focusing on execution and delivery discipline to achieve targeted financial and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day execution of healthcare consulting engagements or complex workstreams
- Translate strategic recommendations into executable initiatives with defined owners, milestones, and impact metrics
- Develop and manage integrated workplans, including dependencies and critical path tracking
- Support client alignment, issue resolution, and decision‑making with VP‑ and Director‑level leaders
- Implement and maintain project governance, cadence, and escalation mechanisms
- Track benefits realization tied to EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, or quality outcomes
- Identify execution risks and support mitigation planning
- Drive execution readiness and maintain delivery momentum across teams
- Lead and coordinate PMO and project support resources
- Contribute as a subject matter expert in margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and quality improvement / care transformation
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated success leading complex workstreams with measurable outcomes
- Strong execution and project management capabilities
- Solid financial acumen related to margin, cost, revenue, or quality improvement
- Experience working in complex healthcare environments
- Strong communication skills and professional executive presence
