[Remote] Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor

Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking a Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor to advise and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve desired health outcomes. The role involves analyzing complex data to create value propositions and influencing departmental strategies in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Advises and collaborates with cross functional leaders with goals of combining clinical Rx acumen with holistic desired health outcomes
- Uses financial and other data driven methods to construct value propositions leading to impactful, longer term decisions
- Translates information from multiple sources to clearly communicate a compelling clinical, data-driven message to executive-level audiences
- Works across multiple departments to execute strategies
- Begins to influence department’s strategy
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical healthcare experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Skilled in using data to identify areas of concern and drive operational changes
- Successful track record in facilitating and consulting across teams and managing projects
- Demonstrated ability to implement projects/campaigns and achieve business goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience with pharmacy benefits and health benefits
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Quality Metrics
- Experience with Process Documentation
- Experience with PowerApps
