[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Credit & Pricing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving product strategy in the Credit & Pricing team, focusing on consumer credit and merchant pricing while collaborating with various teams to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with your peers in Credit & Pricing engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams
- Define new products and features with specs and prototypes that enable merchants to offer consumers attractive financing terms
- Analyze the impact of product features and define metrics for success
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner of our Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, and Engineering teams to successfully launch and scale products
- Collaborate across product teams to support initiatives that interface with Affirm’s Credit & Pricing capabilities (e.g., international expansion, large merchant integrations, new product verticals, cost optimizations)
Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of prior product or relevant experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and machine learning models
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experience
- You have a passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
- You have a data-driven learning style and use quantitative information to make product decisions
- You like to test and learn in a way that incorporates both customer needs and data
- You must be comfortable operating autonomously and unafraid to learn/fail fast
- Experience shipping simple, elegant user-facing products with measurable impact to the bottom line
