[Remote] Senior Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Telluride Spa Care is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs from planning through execution while collaborating closely with executive leadership and various teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive organizational alignment while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope
- Present regular program updates and executive-level reporting
- Build scalable processes that improve execution and operational efficiency
- Facilitate decision-making among cross-functional teams
- Manage competing priorities while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
- Experience working with senior leadership teams
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification
- Experience within technology, healthcare, financial services, consulting, manufacturing, or other complex organizations
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, or strategic initiatives
