[Remote] Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MetaOption LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP and SaaS implementation projects from initiation through post-production support. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, solution design meetings, and sprint planning sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and third-party vendors
- Manage project governance, change requests, and resource planning
- Ensure successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-production support
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and project delivery processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or SaaS implementation projects
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with progression into Project Management
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP or SaaS implementation projects
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
