Saragossa is a fast-paced and rapidly growing financial services firm seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer focused on alternative lending solutions for SMBs. The role involves leading Salesforce development efforts, building scalable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and drive Salesforce development efforts across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Einstein AI, Agentforce, and other Salesforce technologies to support a rapidly scaling business
- Build and customize scalable Salesforce solutions while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, LWCs, Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations with third-party tools such as DocuSign, Conga, Slack, SMS360, Demand Tools, Ocrolus, and OwnBackup
- Participate in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and managing code repositories such as Git
- Lead development initiatives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Skills
- Experience in Salesforce development focused on alternative lending solutions for SMBs
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Einstein AI, and Agentforce
- Ability to build and customize scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Development and maintenance of custom Apex classes, LWCs, Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations with third-party tools such as DocuSign, Conga, Slack, SMS360, Demand Tools, Ocrolus, and OwnBackup
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews
- Management of code repositories such as Git
- Comfort in leading development initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage both up and down within an organization
- Willingness to travel to Hauppauge, NY every quarter
