[Remote] Senior Security Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OtB Tech LLC is seeking a Senior Security Engineer with deep specialist expertise in identity & access management, data protection architecture, or digital forensics & incident response. The role involves securing sensitive healthcare data at scale and includes responsibilities across IAM, data protection, and forensics tracks.
Responsibilities
- IAM track: design and operate identity, access, SSO/MFA and least-privilege models across cloud and SaaS
- Data Protection track: architect encryption, DLP, key management and data-classification controls for PHI
- Forensics track: lead incident response, forensic investigation, evidence handling and detection engineering
- Define standards, automation and reference architectures within the specialty

- 12+ Years of experience
- Deep specialist expertise in one of identity & access management, data protection architecture, or digital forensics & incident response
- Experience securing sensitive healthcare data at scale
- Design and operate identity, access, SSO/MFA and least-privilege models across cloud and SaaS
- Architect encryption, DLP, key management and data-classification controls for PHI
- Lead incident response, forensic investigation, evidence handling and detection engineering
- Define standards, automation and reference architectures within the specialty
- AWS
- Python
- Deep AWS security expertise in the relevant specialty
- Python for automation and investigation tooling
- SQL for log/data analysis where applicable
- IAM platforms (Okta, AWS IAM Identity Center, Entra)
- DLP/KMS/HSM and data-security architecture
- DFIR tooling, SIEM (Splunk), detection engineering
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, AWS Security)
