[Remote] Senior Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Strativ Group is a venture-backed fintech startup building modern infrastructure for indirect tax compliance. They are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to help scale the platform, focusing on building and shipping product features, designing automated systems, and collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production
- Design systems and workflows that automate complex operational processes
- Work closely with founders, product leadership, and operations teams to identify pain points and turn them into scalable solutions
- Contribute across customer-facing products, internal tooling, integrations, and platform infrastructure
- Help shape technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards as the company scales
Skills
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and modern backend systems
- A track record of owning projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments
- Strong product instincts and attention to user experience
- The ability to turn loosely defined problems into practical, scalable solutions
- Previous experience in fintech
- Previous experience in workflow automation
- Previous experience in compliance systems
- Previous experience in developer tooling
- Previous experience in AI-enabled products
