They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is proficient in Rust and experienced in building distributed backend systems to contribute to their platform for AI and machine learning workloads.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust, optimized for scalability and reliability
- Build and maintain distributed systems deployed in Kubernetes-native cloud environments
- Contribute to the development of LLM and RAG-based platform features in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
- Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend services
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles
- 3+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Solid background in distributed systems design and development
- Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector search technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
