Job Summary Tryfacta is seeking Support Services Project Manager/Specialists (2 Positions) for a long-term contract opportunity with our client. Position: Support Services Project Manager/Specialist (2 Positions) Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Position 1 – Voice Service Modernization Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale telecommunications modernization projects.
- Manage AT&T Legacy Services (Copper-to-Cloud) migration initiatives.
- Oversee telecom ordering, provisioning, and vendor management.
- Support telecom contracts including ITB, RFP, RFR, and RFI activities.
- Drive VoIP and LTE migration projects.
Position 2 – LOS Audits & Project Support Responsibilities:
- Support statewide telecommunications modernization initiatives.
- Conduct telecom billing and network service audits.
- Identify billing discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training on communications billing processes.
- Support complex VoIP implementations and emergency communications modernization.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of telecommunications experience
- Strong knowledge of AT&T services, Centrex, VoIP, LTE, and telecom infrastructure
- Experience managing telecom vendors and large infrastructure modernization projects
- Experience with telecom billing analysis, invoice reconciliation, and financial audits
- Experience supporting State Government or large public-sector telecommunications environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with telecom procurement and contract management (ITB/RFP/RFR/RFI)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and VoIP deployment
- Role 2: Experience with E911 regulations and emergency communications technologies is highly preferred.
Preferred
- Public Sector or Government telecommunications experience
- Large enterprise voice modernization experience
- Experience leading cross-functional telecom projects
