- Stay current on trending sounds, formats, and editing styles and apply them with intention
- Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects that elevate the raw footage
- Layer in sound effects and audio to enhance the energy and pacing of each video
- Work quickly and efficiently — turnaround matters as much as quality
- Consume content consistently to stay ahead of what is resonating and what is fading out
- Bring creative input on how to make content hit harder, not just execute what is handed to you
Skills
- A sharp eye for pacing, timing, and what makes a video feel current
- Fluency in short-form platforms — you understand how each one actually works
