[Remote] Social Media Intern – Creator Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1AM Talent Group is a full-service talent management company representing creators and influencers. They are seeking a Social Media Intern to assist in content creation and management across various social media platforms, while also supporting the growth of their creator-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Watch creator content and identify the strongest, most engaging moments
- Edit short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or similar editing software
- Write engaging captions, titles, and hashtags that encourage views and engagement
- Upload and organize content across multiple social media accounts
- Help manage a growing network of creator-focused content pages
- Research trends, sounds, and viral formats across platforms
- Track content performance and identify what drives views, followers, and engagement
- Collaborate with our Talent Management team to support creator growth
- Assist in developing new strategies as we build this division from the ground up
Skills
- Loves social media and spends time on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
- Understands internet culture, memes, and current trends
- Has a strong eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Learns quickly and enjoys experimenting with new ideas
- Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Has strong written communication skills
- Is excited about the creator economy and influencer marketing
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
