[Remote] Software Engineering Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. eBuzz Solutions is America’s largest supplier of building materials and is seeking a Software Engineering & Development IT Manager. This leader will oversee the SAP Transportation Management technology strategy and manage the implementation of solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and operational visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) platform across the Integrated Supply Chain organization
- Lead delivery of SAP TM solutions through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Project Elevate
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate transportation and logistics requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Manage SAP TM integrations with SAP EWM, SD, MM, carrier networks, and external logistics platforms
- Lead and develop onshore/offshore IT teams while managing System Integrator (SI) and AMS partner performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing freight costs, improving transportation visibility, increasing on-time delivery, and optimizing carrier performance
Skills
- 8+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- Proven experience leading SAP TM implementations across design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and enterprise deployments
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including planning, execution, settlement, carrier management, and shipment visibility
- Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, external logistics platforms, APIs, IDocs, middleware, and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
