[Remote] Spanish Conversational-AI Specialist

They are seeking a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to test and improve Spanish-language voice AI agents while providing customer support for live deployments.

Responsibilities

• [QA] Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
• [QA] Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
• [QA] Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues
• [QA] Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance
• [Support] Support a few dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests
• [Support] Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• [Support] Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
• [Support] Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers

Skills

• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations
• Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies
• Experience working with US-based customers
