[Remote] Specialist, Content - Foundation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sony Music Entertainment is a global leader in music and entertainment, nurturing iconic artists and producing influential recordings. The Content Specialist role involves supporting the Content team, managing artist onboarding, and maintaining digital platforms while fostering a passion for music.
Responsibilities
- Support the Content team to further develop an understanding of ingestion and delivery, and project management and take a lead on developing client projects
- Manage and onboard artists and labels
- Provide general support to the rest of the Content team
- Proofread label copy and digital metadata as needed
- Represent the label along with Release Planning staff at weekly production meetings
- Maintain Foundation’s website & YouTube channel
- Support the editorial pitching process
Skills
- 2 – 3 years relevant experience; prior experience in graphic design/production/photography/content creation a must
- Extensive knowledge of social media tools (Tik Tok, Snapchat, FB, IG), streaming services (YouTube, Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Amazon Music), Microsoft Office
- A tech lean with the ability to pick-up computer systems/programs quickly
