[Remote] Sr. Security Analyst/SME
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Security Analyst/SME to provide production support for migration to Passkey authentication. The role involves troubleshooting authentication issues and collaborating with teams to resolve technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication
- Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user access issues
- Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues
- Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems
- Monitor production incidents| analyze logs| and API transactions
- Collaborate with application teams| platform administrators| and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues
- Hands-on knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred
- Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules
