Job Summary for Remote Staff Accountant: The Remote Staff Accountant will perform revenue account reconciliations, cash receipt posting, process vendor and seller payments, assist in month end financial close, and help in other daily finance operations. Responsibilities of the Remote Staff Accountant:

• Maintain and reconcile customer funds related accounts
• Prepare internal and external wire transfers
• Conduct monthly revenue, bank accounts reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and accruals, assist in monthly, quarterly and year end close procedures
• Timely respond to internal inquiries and external requests
• Prepare certain internal reports as assigned
• Conduct the revenue and other accruals and prepare other accounting journal entries as needed
• Research the discrepancies from the reconciliation and propose the correcting entries
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and reconciling accounts
• Research and pull support for auditors as requested
• Assist in month end financial closing
• Perform other finance operational duties and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Support other departments with finance related inquiries
• Requirements for the Remote Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or finance or equivalent
• 1-3 years Staff Accountant experience required
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Oracle ERP system experience a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
