[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

Ayvens is shaping the future of sustainable mobility and is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with Corporate Accounts. The role involves maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships while adhering to contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • To fully contribute to the achievement of the company’s existing business annual targets
  • Maximise sales & profitability of all accounts within your portfolio
  • Identify and develop client objectives through working with senior stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver excellent customer service & account management to allocated account portfolio
  • Ensure the customer requirement are fully specified, understood and communicated; that service levels meet customer expectations and to keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities
  • Visit customers, as appropriate, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the customer’s organisation
  • Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting as required on activity and maintain the CRM database

Skills

  • Previous Contract Hire Account Management experience (fleets over 250 essential)
  • Experience of implementing new accounts at a “project manager” level
  • Working with multiple stakeholders in addition to the customer
  • Influencing, Persuasion and Relationship building
  • Solution Delivery and Ownership - ability to look at new ideas & approaches
  • Effective Time Management, Organisational & Delegation skills
  • Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written
  • IT Literate
  • Commercial Awareness and Decision Making
  • Vehicle Industry knowledge
