[Remote] Technical Product Manager / Product Delivery Lead

The Technical Product Manager / Product Delivery Lead will drive the end-to-end delivery of the platform's capabilities, focusing on execution and hands-on technical contributions while collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product delivery from concept through release and post-launch iteration
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, retrospectives, release planning, and Agile execution
  • Serve as Product Owner and Scrum Master when needed
  • Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Drive engineering execution, delivery accountability, and release predictability
  • Work hands-on with the engineering team to develop features, review implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and validate solutions
  • Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and release validation
  • Review product quality before production deployment and ensure features meet customer and business expectations
  • Coordinate Engineering, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, UX, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Track delivery milestones, identify risks early, and proactively remove blockers
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate product requirements, and support implementations
  • Analyze customer feedback, platform usage, and product metrics to continuously improve the roadmap
  • Work effectively across U.S. and offshore time zones to ensure continuous progress
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, or Product Delivery
  • Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to production
  • Strong hands-on technical background with ability to contribute directly to development, testing, and release validation
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum software development teams in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience improving engineering execution, delivery velocity, and release quality
  • Excellent project management, sprint management, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
