[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Resourceful is a leading technology organization seeking a Technical Program Manager to support their corporate legal team. The role focuses on optimizing processes and deploying AI automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and continuously improve core operating processes (intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, closure)
- Define and track operational KPIs and SLAs; build reporting to support visibility into team health
- Build and deploy AI agents, Copilot solutions, and automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
- Identify automation opportunities, translate needs into requirements, and drive solutions from design through deployment
- Apply Responsible AI principles; track adoption and effectiveness of deployed solutions
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders; facilitate program reviews and cross-functional working sessions
Skills
- 5+ years in operations, program management, or business operations
- Hands-on build experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps — actual production deployment required, not just familiarity
- Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure OpenAI)
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity; bias for execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, AI-102 or similar)
- Experience in legal, compliance, or risk environments
- Large enterprise background
- Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
