[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm specializing in project, program, and portfolio management. They are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the expansion and optimization of cutting-edge AI and data center infrastructure for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of critical initiatives across engineering and operational teams, ensuring alignment with program milestones and business objectives
- Coordinate action items from leadership meetings, driving accountability and timely delivery
- Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates for senior leadership reviews
- Develop and maintain program timelines, communicating progress and dependencies across stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals and deliverables
- Drive clarity and execution in complex, ambiguous environments by bringing structure and prioritization
- Set up and manage AI infrastructure testbeds, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and coordinate issue resolution with customers and global teams
- Travel occasionally (a couple of weeks at a time) to support offsite data centers and client engagements
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership
- Depth of experience in data center operations, including networking, execution, or vendor management
- Qualification lifecycle and post-silicon validation
- Ability to travel for a couple of weeks at a time to support offsite data centers and client sites
- Experience deploying large-scale AI infrastructure
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to distill complex technical updates for executive audiences
- Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and project planning tools
- Candidates based on the U.S. West Coast
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or similar large-scale technology organizations
