[Remote] Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will plan and manage onboarding of new digital properties, coordinate activities between teams, create project plans, and ensure support teams are prepared for launch.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage onboarding of new digital properties, workflows, and processes
- Coordinate activities between Product, Engineering, Training, and Support teams
- Create project plans, timelines, and communication updates
- Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure support teams have needed tools, documentation, and training prior to launch
- Track and report implementation progress to leadership
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
- 1+ years of experience with organizational and planning skills
- 6+ months of experience with digital products, identity workflows, or call center operations
