[Remote] Technical Recruiter (Southern California)

Prosum is a growing company with a supportive team and entrepreneurial culture, seeking a Technical Recruiter for the Southern California market. The role involves identifying IT talent, providing an outstanding candidate experience, and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify great IT talent and connect them to their dream jobs!
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through strong communication
- Develop robust relationships both internally and externally. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, prep and debrief them before & after
Skills
- You have been in an IT recruiting role for at least two years
- You have a strong candidate network, and can generate a candidate pipeline, ideally in technology
- You feel comfortable with sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, networking, etc
- Organizational, time management and prioritization skills are one of your super-strengths!
- Ability to communicate in a remote environment with excellent written and verbal skills including, interviewing, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating
- Achieve and exceed individual performance goals and gross profit targets
- Excited to engage with ‘the hustle' of an entrepreneurial team
- Ability to assess client company position requirements, and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary candidates to meet client needs and expectations
