Schedule: 1 week on, 1 week off OR 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off of 5p 1a CST or 4p 12a Subspecialty Support: 24/7 Pedi and Neuro Support and 8+ radiologists working in the evenings and overnight Compensation Benefits: Competitive Starting Salary : $400,00 starting base salary $25,000 signing bonus Productivity incentive bonuses (paid at $30 per RVU above 72 RVUs per shift) Full Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice. Internal Moonlighting : Unlimited opportunities for additional income through internal moonlighting. Call and Vacation Time Flexibility : Options to buy/sell call and vacation time. Business Expenses : Group-paid business expenses and a CME reimbursement allowance. 401(k) Contribution : $47,500 contribution from the group for fully vested employees (for 26 and 24-week packages). Public Service Loan Forgiveness : RANT is a qualified employer for those with applicable federal loans. An average of 30 hours per week must be worked in a non-profit facility. Teleradiology Assistants IT Support: 24/7 support to ensure smooth operations. Efficient Onboarding: Credentialing team for seamless integration. Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams for internal communication and case sharing/consults.
