[Remote] Test Analyst (Workday)

Responsibilities
- Execute Workday-specific test cases across HR, Payroll, Finance, planning and related modules
- Validate system functionality against business requirements and document results
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard test management tools
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Provide daily status updates on test progress and outcomes
Skills
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experienced Test Analysts with Workday expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Finance and planning modules
- Proven background in test execution within Workday implementations
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QTest, ALM)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in large-scale Workday rollouts or upgrades
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
