[Remote] UX Content Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AGM Tech Solutions is a Woman and Latina-owned IT Staffing Firm and an Inc. 5000 company. They are seeking a UX Content Designer to lead content creation, collaborate with designers, and integrate content strategy into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design
- Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
- Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
- Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
- Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
- Support design process by integrating content strategy
- Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
- Present and explain content decisions to non-experts
Skills
- 2–4 years UX writing / UX content design experience
- Copywriting and editing expertise
- Digital content delivery experience
- Experience with Figma and/or Mural
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience working in regulated environments (legal, compliance, risk — e.g., healthcare, finance)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to advocate for users and promote design thinking
- Handles multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Adaptable and open to iterative work environments
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus
- Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals
- Passion for language, voice, tone, and grammar
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience prioritized)
