Remote Vacation Experience Specialist

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Remote Vacation Experience Specialists. In this fully remote opportunity, you'll assist clients with planning personalized vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, luxury escapes, family vacations, destination celebrations, and international adventures. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget while providing customized recommendations and exceptional customer service throughout the planning process. From researching destinations and accommodations to coordinating reservations and supporting travelers before, during, and after their trips, you'll play an important role in helping clients enjoy stress-free vacations.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences Create personalized vacation recommendations and customized itineraries Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements Provide professional support through phone, email, and online communication Maintain accurate client records and documentation Stay current on destination information, supplier updates, and travel trends Build lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Basic computer proficiency and confidence using online platforms and web-based tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required
