[Remote] Vice President / General Manager -Business Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Vice President / General Manager of Business Development to lead their global expansion efforts. This role involves consulting, innovating, and securing strategic partnerships to drive significant revenue growth and manage high-value accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to penetrate new markets and expand current client footprints
- Mentor and inspire a team of BD managers and executives, fostering a culture of high performance and data-driven decision-making
- Serve as the primary face of Intec for senior decision-makers, translating technical expertise into compelling business outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to the company leadership by identifying industry shifts and competitive opportunities
Skills
- University Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction / Project Management
- 10+ years of proven experience of Business Development/ Sales/ Project Manager in the AEC OR consulting industry, with a track record of closing large-scale, complex contracts
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing business development teams
- Understanding AEC workflows, digital engineering, and current technology trends
- Direct experience managing business in U.S. and European markets
- Advanced strategic communication skills and an existing network of C-suite contacts in the infrastructure/engineering sector
- Cross-cultural agility and experience navigating diverse regulatory and business environments
