[Remote] Vice President Independent Agent Operations and Strategy

The Vice President Independent Agent Operations and Strategy will reputed company and deliver enterprise-level strategy and support capabilities for the Independent Agent sales organization, driving sales effectiveness and operational enablement. This role involves leading strategic programs, partnering with senior leaders, and overseeing operational coordination and performance management.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 10+ years' experience in the Independent Agent property and casualty insurance space

• Deep experience in sales strategy development and execution
• 4 years Bachelors Degree
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
