Remote Video Creator | Outreach Specialist (Contract 1099)

Work with influential brands and creators. Remote, on your own schedule. You’re comfortable on camera. You can read a person fast. And you’d rather make something personal than read off a script. This role is built for you. View Movement is a content agency whose clients include Peter Schiff, Zuby, Chef Andrew Gruel, Emerald Robinson , and other conviction-driven voices reaching millions of people. Every week, dozens of prospects reply to our outreach asking to learn more. We’re hiring Loom Creators to follow up with them, on camera, one personalized video at a time. What This Is Not: No cold calling. No phone. No negotiating. No closing. These prospects already raised their hand. Your job is to make them feel seen and help them book a call with our closing team. What You’ll Actually Do:

• Claim warm leads in our CRM as they come in
• Spend a few minutes in each prospect’s world (their posts, podcast, site) so your video lands as personal, not generic
• Record a short Loom of 90 seconds to 3 minutes that greets them by name and speaks to their actual work
• Send it, track the response, move to the next
• The rhythm that works is around

How The Pay Works: Four streams, stacked:

• Weekly base (hitting 50 personalized Looms): $150
• Per qualified Loom (sent, personalized, tracked): $3
• Per showed call (a prospect attends a call you booked): $100
• Backend on every deal that started with your Loom: 1% of first invoice

At the target activity level, that projects to roughly $4,500 to $7,200 per month . Top performers have reached the $8,500 to $10,000 range . These are estimates based on hitting the activity and conversion targets described on our role page, not a guarantee or a promise of income. What you actually earn depends on your volume, the quality of your videos, your booking rate, and how many deals close, much of which is outside our control. Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• A reliable laptop or desktop with a working webcam
• A quiet space to record without background noise
• Reliable internet (25+ Mbps)
• Decent lighting, or the willingness to set it up
• Headphones with a mic, or a dedicated USB mic
• Around 15 hours a week at minimum, with most contractors investing 20 to 30
• Based in the United States or Canada, comfortable with overlap to US business hours
