[Remote] Volunteer: Fundraising Roadmap for Nonprofit Growth & Donor Expansion

They are seeking a skilled volunteer to help build a strategic fundraising plan that supports immediate funding needs and long-term organizational growth, with a focus on developing clear goals and strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Help build a strategic fundraising plan that supports both immediate funding needs and long-term organizational growth
- Create a comprehensive fundraising roadmap for the next 6 months, 2 years, and 5 years that includes clear fundraising goals and revenue targets
- Develop fundraising channels and campaign timelines
- Create donor acquisition and donor retention strategies
- Provide recommendations for grants appropriate for organizations under $50K in annual revenue
- Develop a practical strategy for building a donor base from zero
- Guide on specific fundraising initiatives such as Library Book Kit sponsorships, Donate-a-Book campaigns, and Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) giving strategy
- Advise on growing the library partnership program
- Provide guidance on donation platforms, donor management systems, and affordable CRM tools
Skills
- Skilled in building strategic fundraising plans
