[Remote] Workday AMS Reporting & Analytics Lead Consultant

The Workday AMS Reporting & Analytics Lead Consultant will be responsible for transforming Workday experiences for clients by designing reports and analytical tools, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with clients to gather requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite)
- Build dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
- Configure complex Calculated Fields
- Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions
- Translate business requirements into reporting outputs
- Lead or support requirements gathering sessions
- Manage workload across multiple clients
- Provide Workday best-practice guidance
- Build strong client relationships
- Manage and mentor junior consultants
- Maintain Workday certifications
- Contribute to internal initiatives and best practices
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting
- Strong experience with Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reporting
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Workday Reporting Certification
- Financials Reporting experience
- Prism experience
- Experience leading reporting or data workstreams
- Experience with EIBs
