[Remote] Workday Financial Senior Consultant

As a Workday Financial Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions, lead client conversations, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to internal process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements and design sessions independently
- Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions
- Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership
- Mentor junior team members within the FINS practice
- Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of Workday Financial configuration experience
- Workday implementation/project experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
