Review drawing sets and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Support engineers and designers by ensuring clarity, structure, and consistency in drafting outputs. Train and mentor team members on CAD standards, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve design processes and delivery quality. Essential Skills 5+ years of advanced AutoCAD drafting experience in structured production environments. Proven experience in developing or managing CAD standards, templates, and libraries. Strong background in producing electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, or similar deliverables. Experience supporting utility-scale solar, BESS, or large infrastructure projects preferred. Deep expertise in reputed company management, dynamic blocks, and drafting automation. Experience using XRefs and reputed company data links in reputed company drawing environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies at a systems level. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and leadership. Experience building or improving drafting workflows and processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic understanding of civil drawings or site plans preferred. Experience working in highly structured, shared CAD environments.

Work Environment

This role is based in a multi-disciplinary engineering office that offers the flexibility to work a hybrid remote schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Maitland, FL.
