Reservation Support Advisor
Role Summary We're looking for detail-oriented, service-minded individuals to join our growing remote team as Reservation Support Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients with reservation-related needs, provide helpful guidance, and help ensure important booking details are managed accurately from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservation inquiries and booking-related questions Help coordinate scheduling details, confirmations, and service requests Review reservation information to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide timely updates regarding availability, changes, and next steps Support clients with modifications, special requests, and adjustments when needed Monitor active reservations and help keep outstanding items on track Maintain organized records and client information within company systems Utilize company resources and technology platforms to support daily activities Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
