Sales Specialist for MNS low-voltage switchgears (f/m/d)

This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager __ Key responsibilities As a Sales Specialist (f/m/d), you will assume a responsible role in our German sales department for MNS low-voltage systems and will be the first point of contact for selected potential account customers. Another key responsibility will be the identification and development mainly of large-scale projects (e.g., data centers, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil and gas industries, such as hydrogen production, etc.). In this role, you will work from home (in the greater Berling area). Apply now and become part of our motivated team! The work model for the role is: remote (#LI-Remote) You will be mainly accountable for: Design and development of existing customer relationships Monitoring competitive behavior Development of account plans including planning and implementation of campaigns to increase order intake Presentation of our MNS low-voltage switchgear systems portfolio to customers, customer support at trade fairs and events, and planning and implementation of targeted sales campaigns Independent management of commercial and technical contract negotiations with the involvement of the relevant departments and suppliers Taking over project development and monitoring through to awarding, particularly after the tender submission Identification and development of large-scale projects and mega-investments (e.g., data centers, large-scale storage systems, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil and gas industries, such as H2 generation, etc.) as well as the support of project developers, planners, general contractors, and national/international EPC companies Conducting national and international coordination Understanding award and decision-making processes, shaping technology and specifications Advising customers on the use of the optimal technology with the involvement of the relevant Departments and Suppliers Qualifications for the role Successfully completed technical studies or industrial engineering – preferably in electrical engineering or a related technical qualification Several years of experience in the sales of low-voltage switchgear systems In-depth knowledge of commercial contract issues Enthusiasm for technical topics and details combined with a strong customer and goal orientation Professional use of digital media (video conferences, virtual meetings, chats, etc.) in customer contact and communication Familiar with common MS Office applications and the CRM software Salesforce Fluent in written and spoken German (C2 or native mandatory) and English In addition, you are willing to travel within Germany and to our customers and main suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic
