Position Summary: The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment and transparency. The successful candidate is a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: •Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. •Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. •Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization, collaborating to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals. •Manage technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. •Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress. •Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team health). •Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders. •Support Agile transformation efforts and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization What You’ll Bring •Strong understanding and experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management fundamentals. •Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust within teams. •Strong organizational awareness and ability to influence without authority. •Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Effective communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. •Adaptability in navigating ambiguity and change. Preferred Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). •3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. •Proven experience managing technical projects in an Agile environment. •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred. •Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Location: This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presenceat our Minneapolis office. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The annual salary range for this role is:$86,600 to $134,200.The actual salary offered will bedeterminedbased on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
