Description Job Title: Scrum Master II Location: Hybrid/Buffalo, NY (4 days onsite/1 day remote – mandatory, no exceptions) Duration: 12-month contract Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial domains required Please only send qualified scrum master candidates available in Buffalo with a strong resume and proven agile background. Skill Set 1: Communications Skill Set 2: Agile Expertise Skill Set 3: Facilitate, Influence, Lead EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a member of an agile team, including a minimum of 2 years Scrum Master experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a member of an agile team, including a minimum of 2 years Scrum Master experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Depth of knowledge in at least two technology team roles (project manager, user experience, business analyst, developer, testing, deployment). Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement. Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Experience developing/managing digital capabilities. Understanding of Design Thinking principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience leading through influence.
